Everyone should already know one character per account, easy enough. At Spence we don't care about who knows who, feel free to join as 20 people who all know each other, whatever, it could be interesting so who knows, but if your joining as a character from someone else's past then make sure the roleplayer knows that you are and is okay with it. Yes, we've had this issue before, not here but on our last site. Next, have as many characters/ accounts as you like as long as you keep them active. You don't have to roleplay all the time because we know it's slow at the moment and not everyone wants to roleplay with each other so we're not gonna force you but at least long in every so often, maybe post on the c-box so we know you're not dead.

Next on the list of updates, dorms. Okay, since there are only 30 legacy dorms for each gender that will be the absolute max for them, so 60 legacies max. BUT there shouldn't be that many legacies really and we said that the dorms are sometimes kinda empty so we're gonna keep the numbers to 20 I think, this is subject to change of course. So, when you create a legacy PM any of the mods with a brief description of your dorm and what number you want to be in, it makes our jobs easier

For Novueas, you get rooms assigned to you and their all the same, you can put in other furniture and stuff but you might end up with room mates. There are the same amount of dorms as the Legacies have but there are more Noveaus so people might have to double up eventually, mods will choose who gets roommates to, though we will be fair and ask if you have any problem with them joining you.

Thats about it, the dorm thing was really the only thing we wanted to cover!

Legacy - Wealthy, stunning, comes from well known families and have parents who attended Spence for all four years of their collage year and moved on to do great things. They have ruled the school forever and are definably not thrilled about 'Nouveaus' taking over their school. They are the ones who started the term Nouveau and use it as an insult to the new students. These students are usually the ones who don't have to work hard for their grades and are naturally smart. They are the ones you'll see curing cancer or finding a solution to world hunger. They look down at the Nouveaus and usually just ignore them and hope they go away or openly mock and despise them.

Nouveau - Comes from any class really, these are the students who's parents didn't go to Spence and aren't basically bred to be amazing. They can come from the same world as the Legacies, be just as rich but still the Legacies will forever look down on them. These students are still smart because only the truly amazing students get into Spence. The term Nouveau is not one these students would use because it is what the Legacies labeled them as and it's used as an insult. As much as they seem to hate the Legacies in return they just want to be accepted. Even though are larger in numbers they had absolutely no standing in the school.

11•16•2008 Okay so other then having a new character and member of the moment there isn't much to report. Viv and I have been brainstorming some contests to come like fan fiction contests or maybe art, who knows. We'll get around to those but until then keep up the good work guys, please advertise and keep inviting new members to join us!

Desmond has been here almost every day since joining Spence. She is a pleasure to be around and seemed to have made friends with everyone. So she can have the spotlight on her for a bit, plus you should check out her thread with Vivian, it's rather amusing XD.
